Tickets go on sale next year.

Ordered your tickets for DGTL ADE? Great! But you haven’t received them yet—that’s because each ticket in your order needs to be personalized by each visitor. This ensures safety, better service, and helps prevent resale. The main booker will receive an email titled "Time to personalize your tickets!" Follow the steps below to get your tickets delivered straight to your inbox.

Step 1: Go to the website

Once personalization is available, the main booker (the person who placed the order) will receive an email. Click the "Personalize Tickets" button in that email.

Step 2: Log in

Use the email address you used for the order and fill in the required details.

Step 3: Personalize your own ticket(s)

As the main booker, you can first personalize your own ticket(s). Click "Personalize" next to the ticket(s) you’ll be using. The name on the ticket must match the person using it at the festival.

Note: You can only personalize one ticket of the same type in your name.

Step 4: Invite others

Did you buy tickets for friends? Invite them to personalize their own ticket(s):

• Click "Invite", copy the link, and share it via WhatsApp, email, or any other way.

• The recipient can then log in with their own email and personalize their ticket(s).

• If they don’t have an account yet, they’ll need to create one first.

Step 5: All set!

Once all tickets are personalized, the main booker can download them from the personalization platform. They’ll also be sent via email. Now, just start counting down to DGTL Festival!

Step 6: Made a mistake? No worries!

Need to change the name on a ticket? The main booker can de-personalize it in the personalization platform and then re-invite the correct person to personalize it.

We are working with sealed tickets, which means the tickets will not be sent out immediately after completing the purchase. They will become available and will be sent out to the main buyer on October 21, 2025, after all tickets in the order have been personalised. On this date, the main buyer will receive a new email with the download link for their tickets.

Yes this is possible! In order to do this you can follow these steps:

3. Select which ticket(s) you would like to offer on Ticketswap

You can request a resend of the confirmation by filling out this form here

Consider the environment before printing your tickets! We can scan your ticket directly from your phone. Keep in mind that you may not have an internet connection on site, so it is most convenient to download the ticket on your phone. If you prefer to print your ticket, you can do so as well.

Lost something at DGTL ADE? We will publish all found items online via iLost on Tuesday October 28.

When your belongings are left in the locker during our event, they will be returned to our supplier, Lockerbox. You can retrieve them by filling out this form.

DGTL ADE will be held at the NDSM Warehouse. Navigate to the following location: NDSM-Plein 85, 1033 WC Amsterdam.

Yes, we care about all of you, so we thought about all of you. Gluten-free food will be available at the food court. All foods served during DGTL ADE will be plant-based and biologically produced.

Contact lens solution is prohibited, but it can be obtained from the first aid station if needed. Plastic water bottles, umbrellas, deodorant cans, and perfume bottles are not allowed inside.

Yes, there are lockers available! You will find a lot of lockers just after the entrance of the festival where you can store your bag, clothes, and personal items. You can open and close your locker as many times as you want.

Please be aware that a separate locker is required for the night program. Remember to clear out your festival locker upon leaving the event site. You can obtain a new locker for the night.

Please note that medicine will only be allowed into the premises if the package is sealed. Medicine that need to be stored in a fridge can be brought to the First Aid on site.

There will be free tap water in all toilet areas.

Please take care of your ears! With music above 87 dB, it is smart to use earplugs with a special music filter. With these earplugs, you can still hear the music perfectly; conversations remain intelligible and most important of all, you prevent hearing damage and the annoying ringing after the event. During DGTL ADE, Alpine PartyPlug earplugs will be available at the merchandise stand. The PartyPlug earplugs are reusable so that you can protect your ears not only at DGTL but at other festivals as well. Love your ears!

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs.

Ferry

From Amsterdam Central Station, you can easily take the ferry to NDSM. We will provide extra ferries, besides the regular schedule, to the festival from Amsterdam Central Station. The festival ferry will depart from the regular ferry platform directly behind Amsterdam Central Station. The ferries sail during the day, but also at night. You can check all the departure times live at Pontveer, please do so before planning your trip.

From Amsterdam Central Station to the NDSM the sailing time is about fifteen minutes, and from the ferry it’s about a five-minute walk to the NDSM warehouse. The saling time from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg is 5 minutes, and from the ferry it’s a 10 minute bike ride to the NDSM Warehouse.

Please be advised that waiting times might increase during peak hours, especially after the event ends. If you need to catch the last train home, be sure to take this into account.

Bicycle

We recommend you to travel to the NDSM Warehouse by bicycle. We advise you to take the ferry from Amsterdam Central station to ‘Buiksloterweg’ and cycle from there, or take the ferry from Pontsteiger to ‘Distelweg’ and then cycle from there. Note that bicycles are not allowed on the ferry towards central station from the NDSM. We’ve made sure there are designated areas to park your bike. Please listen to the instructions of our crew on site.

By car

We don’t recommend travelling to the event by car, as it’s not sustainable, and there will be no dedicated parking spaces for DGTL visitors available.

Uber / Kiss & ride

Are you taking an Uber, or is somebody dropping you off at the event site? The Uber drop off is at Ms. Tarnweg, and the kiss & ride drop off is at Tt. Vasumweg.

There will also be signs and traffic control to direct you to the right place. The on-site crew will ensure everyone can get off in a safe and organised fashion.

Taxi

If you take a taxi instead of an Uber, you can go to the crossroad between the NDSM-straat and Ms. van Riemsdijkweg. If you want to take a taxi home, this is also where you must go.

Cigarettes will not be sold.

While on location at the NDSM Warehouse, you’ll find members of our Awareness Crew walking around. You can also at any time reach out to our team leads and security personnel. We want to emphasize that nobody is allowed to occupy a space, mind, or body that has not been mutually agreed upon.

Harassment can be defined as words or actions that can come across as intimidating, confrontational or abusive to another person. Keep in mind that what someone else considered harassment may not be considered harassment by you.

Consent culture

We are committed to enabling consent culture throughout DGTL Amsterdam. Consent is about respecting a person’s decisions and autonomy of their own body. It is obtained when the other party says an enthusiastic and conscious “Yes”, not when someone doesn’t say “No”. Consent is a mutual and ongoing dialogue, and can be withdrawn at any stage.

Responsible and safe celebration

We have the freedom to make our own decisions as adults. We therefore expect our visitors to be conscious and responsible when entering our festival grounds. An amazing festival starts with taking the necessary precautions. When in doubt, less is always more.

Keep in mind that only you should have the say over what goes into your body; peer pressure is challenging to overcome. Additionally, don’t forget to regularly check up on your friends & other people around you. Make sure to drink enough water, but not too much – about 1 glass water per hour. Not feeling well? Please keep in mind that our awareness team and first aid is always here to help you, our visitor.

We care deeply for our planet, and therefore, DGTL aims to have zero waste. We kindly ask you to join our mission and therefore don’t bring any single-use items to the Warehouse, such as balloons, flags, inflatable items etc.
